Police Oracle
With police forces continuing to balance rising demand, budget pressure, and the need to improve outcomes, Red Snapper Managed Services and Make Time Count have announced a new partnership aimed at simplifying how interventions are delivered and monitored.
The collaboration will see the full integration of Red Snapper’s Intervention Hub into the Make Time Count case management system, creating a single, connected workflow for police forces, out-of-court resolution teams, probation services and local
authorities.
Make Time Count’s case management platform consolidates eligibility screening assessments and referrals. communication and progress tracking within one system.
By reducing data entry duplication and improving case oversight, it enables practitioners to manage interventions more efficiently while maintaining clear audit trails.
Embedding the Red Snapper Intervention Hub directly into this system allows officers and case managers to assign and monitor structured digital interventions without switching platforms, helping to reduce administrative burden and improve compliance monitoring.
The Intervention Hub delivers evidence-based, digitally accessible programmes
designed to address behavioural risk factors and support positive change. Built
around a therapeutic, strengths-based approach to rehabilitation, the Hub has
recorded more than 100,000 completions.
The integration ensures that each stage of an intervention, from referral to completion, is visible and reportable, supporting performance management and scrutiny requirements.
Shared Vision
The partnership is underpinned by a shared commitment to practical rehabilitation
and measurable outcomes.
Jonathan Ley, Founder and CEO of Make Time Count, said: “Our values are rooted in collaboration, innovation and a delivery mindset. We see those same principles reflected in Red Snapper’s work in the criminal justice space.
“Our mission is to provide UK police forces with innovative, practical tools, and the Intervention Hub, by design, does both. By integrating our technology with Red Snapper’s programmes, we are creating a transparent pathway that supports practitioners and drives better outcomes for the people and communities we serve.”
Jonathan Hussey, Managing Director of Red Snapper Managed Services, added: “This integration represents a significant opportunity for us to further support the 32
police forces we work with. A strengths-based approach to intervention delivery has always been central to our work, ensuring individuals are supported to achieve sustainable behavioural change by focusing on future potential rather than past mistakes.
“Rehabilitation does not end with a single intervention; it requires pathways into
employment, stability and community connection. Make Time Count’s commitment to reinvesting 51 percent of its profits into businesses that support people with criminal justice involvement wholeheartedly supports our model of change.”
